NWDA’s Grand Opening was a smashing success. Guests mingled in the lobby, toured the new classrooms, and posed for selfies on the red carpet. At 1 p.m., the junior/teen team kicked off the special performance with a glimpse at the lyrical piece they’ve been preparing for competition season. Next up, our teens and seniors brought energy and sass when they took the floor with their competition jazz dance. For the grand finale, dancers of all ages came together for a special piece prepared for the Grand Opening itself, giving us a rousing interpretation of The Greatest Show. Afterwards, we closed the day out with some team bonding activities for families. We’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who came out and made it so special. It was an afternoon to remember and we can’t thank you enough for all of your support over the years. Here are just a few fun memories from that day and we look forward to making many more with you in the future!
